Cosmetic Bonding

We can make minor changes to the shape, length, width and colour of teeth using cosmetic bonding techniques with our composite restoration materials. These are tooth coloured materials which look and feel like a natural tooth when used. Our materials, when polished, mimic tooth enamel perfectly in lustre and colour. Often this can be achieved without the need to drill the tooth, for example when some types of veneers are provided, making the technique less invasive.

Cosmetic bonding materials improve constantly and we are always at the forefront of these developments. Cosmetic bonding is less expensive than more involved techniques, such as using veneers or crowns and results can be achieved in one visit.

This technique is particularly appropriate in younger teeth, where care has to be taken not to be too invasive, even when damage is quite excessive. Thereafter, when the tooth matures, it becomes possible to provide more involved restorations.

Cosmetic Tooth Reshaping and Contouring

In some cases teeth can be unattractive because of their length or shape. Sometimes even small fractures on the edges of teeth make them look uneven and unappealing.
